Entry Requirement (local)
Pass in STPM with at least a full principle in 2 subjects / pass STAM with Jayyid / pass the Foundation programme with minimum requirement / Diploma holder in the relevant field of study with minimum requirement / or its equivalent.
Entry Requirement (International)
Candidates must have graduated at least 12 years experience of school with GCE 'A' level or its equivalent recognised by MQA (at lease with minimum qualification in Arabic Language)
Programmes Introduction
This programme studies the concept of syariah, objectives, scope and differences between Islamic and civil jurisprudence. This programme also studies the importance of syariah and its characteristics. Students are also exposed to the use of information technology and communication skills during the course in order to train them to become professional legal officers. Apart from the legal practice in the moot court cases during their internship at selected syari'e firm and courts. The syllabus also includes elements of entrepreneurship and personal finance to equip the students with the necessary skills needed if the students choose to venture in legal business.
